Adwords account management including landing page creation/optimization

I need someone who can manage my Adwords account. You need to have experience with adwords and know how to write them and manage them effectively. You will also need to know how to design and create new landing pages that will draw the visitor in and easily convert them to signing up as customers. Each landing page will need to be optimized especially for certain types of ads etc.

Note: If you are unable to design new landing pages and optimize the text (I will supply the basic text needed--and my developer will implement your design) this job is not for you and please do not apply.
