Accounts Assistant / Book keeper - 4 hours per week

We are a small growing business in need of help with the following:-

Working across our software systems; QuickBooks, Stripe & Kennel Booker
Reconciliation of all payments in; subscriptions, stripe bank, business bank & on QuickBooks
Reconciling our booking system income with our bank
Create simple credit control system for failed customer payments & collecting payment
Get QuickBooks and our Kennel Booker system working together to report breakdown of sales
Manage our cancelled subscriptions taking full payment and closing off
Enter our purchase & income on QuickBooks
Report a monthly P&L from QuickBooks
Update our budget forecast against actual
Assist with cash flow forecasting
Assist Board with financial planning
