Accounts and Submission to HMRC for Corporation task

Our limited company was Incorp on 7/4/2022 to purchase a BTL Property which due to various problem's was not completed until 20/3/2023. A few payments for surveys etc. from my private account and funds direct from another solicitor to pay the deposit and purchase costs and stamp duty. Most of these therefore would likely to be Director's loans? Prop a small amount of work for you to complete, Produce accounts and Profit and loss etc. and submit to Corp Tax at HMRC if any is payable. First rent received in Year 2 (May 23) therefore no trading income . What are your charges likely to be and timescales?
