Accounting and filing corporate tax

I'm looking for a nonjudgmental accountant. I opened my limited company 2 years ago, but I'm working 14 hours a day so I'm way behind with my duties and the bookkeeping became a mess.

I'm looking for someone for the long term to tidy up my mess and help me with HMRC penalties.

I'm using Freeagent so I would prefer someone familiar with it.

Please let me know, how much would be a monthly fee.
