Hi
We have SSAS investors and need a qualified Accountant to look at the basic property development figures for a project, business plan, RICS valuation and then advise the SSAS investors of the risks of the development etc. This will need to be in letter format.
I think it sounds more complicated than it actually is and we have the figures, business plan and valuation already.
I have put the budget as a placeholder as I have no idea on cost.
