Accountant needed - file confirm statement and annual return

I need an accountant to check my transactions are being recorded in a proper way for the above. I am new to XERO and I need to make sure I will be prepared for the submission of accounts which are due between September this year and May next year.

I also need support on paying myself a salary from my ltd company as so far I haven't done so. Also, I need support on allowable expenses I can claim and the way to process them via XERO eg. business millage, telephone and broadband bills, electricity, gas etc as I work from home.
