Accountant for Small LLP

Our client is looking for a new accountant for the preparation of their year end accounts. They are looking for someone on an ongoing basis whom they can work with.

1) Are you UK based?
2) Do you have experience with LLPs
3) How many LLP accounts have you prepared in the last 2 years?
4) Are you able to prepare Companies House year end accounts, as well as year end taxes?
5)What is the total charge for both annually? Do you provide a service that includes checking in occasionally with questions (e.g. re when they reach VAT threshold, or any new developments in the business)?
6) Are you ACCA qualified?
