My client is a leading ecommerce website, based in the UK, they are looking for a freelancer to carry out a usability study of the website.
This is to uncover how we can improve the usability and experience of the website to it's key audience groups.
You will ideally make suggestions on how we can improve the experience, and ultimately help my client to increase conversions from all points of the website - and to show us where any potential leakages may be occuring.
Ideally you will present your report verbally in a video, where you demonstrate your findings and how we can improve the performance of the site overall. So your video will have screen shots of the parts of the site as you are discussing them.
We are looking for help from a conversion expert, likely to have good ecommerce background, i.e. you are expert in conversion and usability and can add value to us.
