Virtual assistant

I am a sole trader and getting busier i currently look after my own paperwork , which I am not very good at i need someone who can I can hand over work to and get it done in a timely manner, the tasks is mainly filling contract template and sending to customer, updating payment spreadsheet which and keeping the sales and customer records up to date,

It take me ages but I guess probably one to two house a week on average , also some telesales experience could be useful as this is a growing business
experience would be preferred but i will read all applications and give consideration
