The work consists of creating the formula/rules for an excel document that is used to assess and score customer service skills and standards. I need the work completed urgently, ideally by June 8th/9th. Thank you.
I would also welcome suggestions on how to improve the excel document and possibly would be interested in an accompanying sheet to display the results/performance gaps.
I am looking to build an ongoing relationship with a freelancer with skill sets in excel. There may be more work following this.
