Trimming zoom videos and uploading to Youtube

I'm looking for someone who can weekly download our online zoom session and upload them on our youtube channel, add description, thumbnail ( we use canva) trim the start ( student chatting, before the session starts).
end then send the link to admin.
The videos can be from 20 min to 40 min, occasionally might be 3 hours.
We generally have 1-3 videos a week.
The work should be done ideally over the weekend at once, ready for monday, or at least 48 hours after each zoom session.
We have all the dates for the rest of the year.
