Transform Dense B2B Training Content

We are a leading Data & AI consultancy developing an internal consultative skills training program called 'The Datatonic Way.' The curriculum maps out our entire client engagement engine across 4 specific modules:
Discover, Quantify, Demonstrate, and Deliver.

Our internal teams have mapped out the core frameworks (e.g., the IMPACT framework, KPI Scorecards, Stakeholder Resonance Maps, and Value Business Cases). However, the current build inside Articulate Rise is heavily text-dominant, passive, and reliant on basic quizzes. We need an expert Instructional Designer to step in, aggressively cut down the walls of text, and replace them with high-engagement, interactive learning experiences.

Scope of Work:

Auditing & Re-architecting: Review our existing text modules and IPO (Inputs, Processes, Outputs) framework decks.

Gamified Branching Scenarios: Build interactive "choose-your-own-adventure" style dialogue scenarios using Articulate Storyline blocks inside Rise. These will simulate tough client conversations where consultants must practice soft skills like Mirroring, Labeling, and Testing Tension.

Visualizing Complexity: Design interactive charts, drag-and-drop stakeholder matrix tools, and value-mapping calculators.

AI-Driven Asset Prototyping: Leverage modern GenAI tools (Gemini for conversational scripts, Veo for cinematic scene setups, and Nano Banana Pro for sharp, custom process diagrams) to accelerate media creation and make scenarios hyper-realistic.

Required Logistics:
Must be UK-based (London preferred).
Must be available for at least two in-person workshops at our office to download context, run through technical deliverables (like our real-world Vodafone AI Accelerate business case framework), and present final iterations.
