I have a small boutique cleaning agency in Central London, however due to unexpected circumstances, i'm now struggling to manage it and getting frustrated that the service is going down. I only have about 20 clients and 15 cleaners.
all can be managed remotely, we hardly have any problems, only when cleaner goes on holiday, End of the month is busiest time, when cleaners are submitting their timesheets and we have to raise the invoices. We have a payroll company to deal with this. I don't think this work requires more than 10 hours a week, more like 5. I will be around and will provide support. This position is ideal for someone who worked in Human resources and works from home as VA or admin and is able to pick up the phone through the day. ( we only get few phone calls, if any a week) . I'm considering selling this business, however if the relationship/set up works it could progress into something further, however i wont be interested in growing the business in the next 3-4 months due to my other commitments. I'm looking for someone with excellent written and spoken English and who is organised.
