My client has been consistently overcharged by SSE for electricity since the COVID period. I am looking for someone with experience in utility billing disputes to assist in preparing and progressing a complaint to the Energy Ombudsman.

If you have previous experience dealing with SSE or similar cases, that would be a significant advantage.
