Structural property survey in Sunderland on the 17th August

I’m looking for a property surveyor to spend the day with me looking at various properties on the 17th of August.

These properties are all located in the Greater Sunderland area.

Unfortunately we only have 10 minutes per house so we will need to work quick and effectively.

Ideally we will discuss and come up with a plan per house where I help you to check as many of the critical things as we can.

If you are not based in Sunderland, I will cover transport costs.
