I need a steel beam design to remove an internal wall within a UK residential property undergoing internal refurbishment. The internal wall is a load-bearing wall and needs structural engineers' calcs/ drawings to submit to building control for approval.

I can provide floor plans, measurements and opening sizes etc.

Applications must be from the UK and have the necessary PI insurance.
