We have an established library of UK REACH / GB‑CLP compliant COSHH assessments and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
The documents are technically correct, but visually inconsistent, as they have been produced over time using different layouts and formats.
We are looking for an experienced professional to:
- Standardise layout, structure, headings, spacing, and formatting
- Apply a single, consistent template across all documents
- Create a clean, professional, audit‑ready appearance
- Ensure all content remains unchanged (no technical edits required)
Scope
Approx. 40–45 documents
Initial template creation required (to be agreed before rollout)
Trial with 1–2 documents, then full rollout
Documents (PDF's) to be delivered in batches, not all at the end
