Sourcing procurement services in China

Looking for a Sourcing Procurement Professional freelancer to work remotely, generate and implement efficient sourcing according to our requirements. Expected to lead the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned projects, build relationships with suppliers and business stakeholders, manage customer samples and trial products, negotiate supplier contracts and agreements including pricing, penalty clauses, payment terms, and potential cost savings programs, develop KPI's, and drive value for the business.
Required Qualifications:
Procurement experience and knowledge in the Hi-tech industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
