Some basic salesforce help and training

We are looking for 2-4 hours of basic salesforce training. We have been using Salesforce for the last few years but we know we are not using it to it's full potential -our data base is circa 5000 people. We would love to get some help to:
- set up a process to manage contacts through to wins
- understand how we can integrate with mail chimp
- understand how we can set up and use dashboards
- ask some specific questions that we have struggled to find the answers to
We are happy to conduct the training via Skype and would like to schedule this within the next 4-6 weeks
