Small office network re-configured for a new internet provider

We need our small office network connected to our new incoming internet. We currently have:
- 1 x Cisco Switch SF300-24P 24-Port 10/100 PoE Managed Switch
- 2 x Microtik routers (RB2011UiAS-RM)
- ten PCs and VOIP phones
- Existing internet (50mbps / 50 mbps) comes from an antenna on the roof and is provided by 3 / UK Broadband
- New internet (300mbps / 50 mbps) comes from fibre cable from the street and is provided by G Network
I need help connecting the new internet into our network and configuring the switch and router correctly.
