Skype or Zoom call for advice on Nvivo set up (using Nvivo 11)

Advice needed on Nvivo set up so I don't keep getting 'the query returned no results' message.

I have conducted 26 interviews and have imported into Nvivo
1 excel sheet summarising the cases
26 word docs containing the interview material (the cases / sources)
Set up a list of nodes

Ideally a Skype screen share call to explain where I'm going wrong would be great. I've searched the different fora but am going around in circles...
