Shopify problems

I have a glitch with my shopify online website at the moment.

1. When people receive order confirmation at checkout. They can choose between delivery or free pick. With free pick up option it gives them the wrong address to pick up. I'd like to change this to a generic area address like 'Vancouver' personalised message.

Many thanks for your order. Please email to arrange pick up. My studio is based in kitsilano and my hours are 9-6pm Monday-friday. Let me know what date and time works and I can add it to my diary and send you the address.

This is quite a small job but I have Shopify and social media little jobs here and there and I would like someone reliable that I can always turn to.
