Setting up a new website

I have just bought a Dating website program and it is now hosted at the same supplier, however I need someone to just set this up by selecting the various options and then to add just one page which I will supply the text in Word. For this I need a set price and timescale to complete, should not be more than an hour or so maybe even less according to the suppliers.
(2)The winning internet helper will then also get the position of website maintainance which they will do on a monthly basis and as required.
Only people giving a full quote for (1) above will be considered
Extra notes: There will be no discussion about this require with any protential supplier before contract.
