A website called website outlook has managed to get hold of and list ownership of some domains I own,
I have a privacy issue and would like this permanently removed.
Can anybody do this for me ?

Evidently this can be done through their Terms of Service, but comments indicate they are not receptive to removing URLs. If you are a member I would advise checking this first.
