Quantity Surveyor Needed for Cost Estimation

Description of support work: We are a design and build company with a focus on high-end projects and customers within the Central London Area.
Due to an influx of incoming inquiries, we've found ourselves short-handed and require an experienced Quantity Surveyor or similar professional to help us with the cost estimation for one of our large-scale projects.

The project is for the Ground-Floor Side and Rear Extensions, Loft Conversion and general renovation of a large manor house in Teddington, London.
The works will include the aforementioned Ground Floor Extension, as well as the general renovation and internal works to the Ground and First Floors, the Loft Conversion of the Second Floor on the Main House, as well as the renovation of the Annex/Guest House, along with some landscaping and external work.

Prospective applicants should be based in the UK, have extensive experience in the residential construction industry and be able to provide examples of their previous work.

The deadline for this project's cost estimation is the 19th of June, so prospective applicants must be able to work swiftly and efficiently.

We do not foresee the necessity for a site visit within the requirements for this job, as this has already been performed and all necessary documents and information has already been acquired.

Attached are the Site Plan of the Existing Structure and the Plan of the Proposed Ground Floor, to give prospective applicants an idea of the scale of the project. Applicants will be granted access to the full tender package available after their selection.

Upon the successful completion of this job, the applicant may be given the chance to work with us on further projects.
