Quality Business Plan strong enough to get funding

Hi there

I've been running a small business for a over year now that focusses on increasing young peoples participation in sports. The end goal is to penetrate schools and develop a model that would bridge the gap between sports and education. I am currently in the market for a competent writer to support me in drawing up a quality business plan, using all the technical "jargon" to persuade funders. However I am looking for a good quote as this will not only be a once time engagement but hopefully a working relationship. There is still so much to be done on the project.
