Property Sales Associate

This is a full-time position to join a startup property investment company.

We are looking for a sales associate to build a pipeline of property deals for us to invest in or to package and sell on to investors.

They will assess residential property deals from a variety of online and in-person sources including agents and directly with sellers. They will reach out to sellers and agents to build relationships, get information, arrange viewings, place offers and follow up with in the future. They will conduct online research to support each property being assessed and enable us to view with confidence.

Must have:
● Excellent phone manner, rapport & trust building, and written English
● Fast digital skills​ - inc a fast internet connection and ability to process information quickly
● Maintain an organised and effective manner of working; build the systems around you where
useful to ​ensure all deals are actioned correctly​ and on time.
