I have started a small project, which I am finding difficult to complete. I am, presently, diverted by my work and I need, constantly, to be reminded that I need to give equal time to this project.
Ideally, I need someone who can bully me into doing what I should, according to a fixed timescale. That same person should make sure that the other participants are where they should be.
"Project Management" is too big a phrase for what I need but it expresses, in simple terms what I need.
Your involvement will be, probably, no more than 5 emails a week and, maybe a few calls - to keep me on my toes. You must be able to defeat the arguments that I will put up that my clients are more important than me.
Please do not apply if your first language is not English and you are not based in the UK.
You will be required to sign an NDA and be prepared to communicate privately. This is a highly confidential project.

Better if you outsource the projects you have to share your burden rather than someone do what you said as it is not a good approach to move forward.
