- Collecting main spend and trading data
- Consolidate and categorize data to create a spend and sales analysis
- Develop preliminary assumptions to identify potential opportunities and related impact
- Conduct “deep dive” analyses based on validated assumption
- Develop profitability analyses by different diminsions
- Define saving opportunities to be captured
-Seeking for missed opportunities to generate income
