Presentation upgrade

I’m currently drafting a proposal for a national charity for whom I work to restructure their IT organization I need some quick assistance in taking my rough content and converted into a professional proposal

I’m okay with content but I do need guidance on the visuals and i need reminding that less is more.

I like to use a top-down thinking or pyramid thinking to mop

I will be producing content this afternoon but need a rapid turnaround , however the good news is that although quite a few slides there are 2 key themes that repeat.
