PowerPoint expert to "pretty up" my presentation

I have a 61 slide PowerPoint presentation that I want to use for when I am speaking to groups or at conventions. I created it in the most generic way with the text that I want. I'm open to suggestions for changing the text to make things more interesting, but mostly the slides are bare bones and act as triggers to remind me what to say regarding that topic. So, generally, the text is not the problem - the appearance of the slides has to be improved and professionalized. I need a better design, better transitions, timing and perhaps some amusing GIF's or action videos. I could do all this myself except it would take me about ten times as long as it will take a pro.

I will make some notes on specific slide numbers that have to do certain things (mostly delays on showing up on the screen) and some slides need some pictures or graphics or resizing. I definitely need help with that and with the creativity to find something that I can use that doesn't require me to pay a royalty fee every time I display it.

I would like to work with someone who is in the US so I can call them and discuss the project by phone prior to starting. I've attached the presentation here for you to peruse. I'll pay an hourly rate but I want an estimate that doesn't allow more than 2 hours for the "creative" portion of the project. Basically, my goal is to make this look like a professional presentation since people pay me for my speeches. Assume 30 minutes on the phone to discuss this.

I'm in a bit of time crunch and would love to have this completed by March 10th if possible.
