Planning Permission consultant

I have recently bought an old cottage with a big garden - 1/2 acre in Isle of Man. I would like to regularise its use a residential curtlage. The vendor has been living there since childhood and has confirmed its use as garden for over 50 years. I would like to apply for a Certificate of Lawful use (IOM is similar to UK re the 10 year use - details are here : https://www.gov.im/categories/planning-and-building-control/planning-applications/making-a-planning-application/certificate-of-lawfulness-of-use-or-development/

i have an affidavit from the vendor and a couple of communications over email stating she lived there for 50 years using the adjacent land as a garden. The land was intially part of the one garden but over time the vendor planted trees as a windshield so it looks like a separate use paddock.

I would like a few things:
1- Someone who can get google satelite imagery showing historical use ( i understand there are goal posts in the garden dating back 20 years or so - but i couldnt use google earth or earth explorer for the pictures); any other pictures required or documents (unfortunately the vendor is not cooperative as she views this to be my problem and not hers; and completion has taken place)
2. Help in getting the cover letter and application form to the Planning permission
