Planning application consultant in the UK

I`m looking to have a planning consultant join my team to help me put in a successful planning and building control application on the WEbsite . I have been developing the technical drawings for planning and building control for many years but always my mangers put in the application. I`m looking for someone to join my team on a freelancing basis

You duties is to review drawings and see what might be missing and to help me submit the application or do it yourself online

Budget is flexabile but I ned to have estimates price so I can include it within my pricing
