Description of support work: I would like a current PESTLE analysis for a HR department which can be applied to organizations globally, but with a focus on USA for example when it comes to the political factors. Areas within HR will include recruitment, learning and development, total reward/benefits, IT systems.

    I would like as far as possible for it to include the actual factors for example USA legislation upcoming which may impact on the HR departments cost for example Excise Tax on healthcare costs. I am not expecting company specific points as I appreciate that you this is confidential information but I would like to see market, industry, regulatory trends globally, and some that are specific to the USA.
    I can confirm this is for business purposes.
