PCB design for small project Gerber files and schematics.

We are looking for our prototype, taken from development boards into a fully custom working PCB. We have no experience in PCB design or electronics, but do have over 100 jobs completed on PPH so we understand freelancing very well.

Our prototype is made from individual break out boards and a linear actuator that is controlled via wifi / BLE. a mix of the 2 options must be available. The code is written in arduino c+ but we are welcoming other options that are reliable. We have 2 relays powered by a esp32. The relays are 5v operated and 230v output, the actuator is a 4 inch 143kg 12v 6amp but we need options to have 4 actuators running from the same board.

I am happy to look at all proposals with 1972 in the heading of your proposal title. Any advice is more than welcome and we take every part of feedback very serious.

The Gerber files will be going to a manufacturer to be analysed and printed and tested, so we need full resposability to be yours in making any changes to the files that are wrong or do not work within our project.

We have a list of parts we have used and some photos to see the product in prototype for you to design the board.
