General information for the business: Party Wall Surveying (Legal side of Building Surveying)
Description of support work: Maintaining diaries and email inboxes (using Google architecture. Training provided)
Arranging appointments
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel (We use 2013 - can provide Licence for these)
Co-ordinate transcription of reports and production of hard copy reports (You can print to our printer - we will post all documents).
Production of documents and emailing to other surveyors, clients, etc.
Maintenance of data within spreadsheets
Manage deadlines & documents (tracking and production) within projects
Invoicing
Communication with clients, suppliers and surveyors from other firms
This is intended to be/become a full-time position for 1 person or part-time for 2 people.
UK Resident
8 hours/day, 5 days/ week for 1 person full-time or 4 hours/day, 5 days/week part-time.
Ability to answer phones (We use a VOIP/internet phone system so transferring calls is straightforward. We will provide the phone).
Fast internet (fibre optic preferred as we have a cloud based system and many photo's from surveys are distributed across the cloud). Good internet speed is also required for good call quality over the VOIP system.
For the right person(s) we will be able to transfer to an employment contract (full/part-time) should you wish to do so.
