I work in scheduling and often have to email companies to confirm various details associated with an attendance including,

1. Date of attendance
2. Name of persons attending
3. Vehicle registration
4. Plus additional documentation

I then create an event in calendar containing all of the information.

I would like this process to be automated.

1. I email a form
2. When the respondent emails back, I can automatically create an event in calendar using the detail submitted

I would also like a similar function for ordering items.

1. I email the supplier the purchase order, with form attached.
2. He emails back details of order, including delivery date.
3. An event is automatically created in the calendar.

I would also like to keep a record of emails sent and responses received in an excel spreadsheet.
