Online membership/league database

I am looking for a bespoke database to handle multiple dog sports leagues, it will need to be hosted online and accessed by members to upload their data and linked into a wordpress site (option to also provide a web front and hosting, domain name will be supplied).

Handler (member) registers themselves as a handler then adds 1 or more dogs to their 'family'
Dogs data consists of their details inc some dropdown boxes plus some tick boxes which are admin only and relate to the leagues

Handlers login in and go to Add Points screen, where they select their dog from their family and input data from 2 free text fields and 2 dropdowns. A 3rd dropdown will generate the points, a pre determined numerical value (different to the data entered)

Leagues are then selectable to view as reports
