Need someone who knows EXCEL

hello all

i am looking for someone, who could help us with automating our excel sheets...

I need to redesign them and make them more effective and automated.

we work in Construction industry and we would prefer someone who is keen to help us elevate our skills in administrative works :
1. need people to guide us in finding best solutions .
2. we currently use excel sheets for project management and finance management.
3. our work is not very technical but it requires person to understand the basic project management.

we would prefer someone from india who can speak english / hindi, as the person who will be delegating work will be more fluent in hindi.

main requirement is that person should be well versed in excel sheets, even if he does not have enough experience on PPH.
