a short presentation outlining how to approach the development of procurement processes using the tools mentioned below. the presentation must describe how to manage and prepare business processes and workflows to support the management of procurement processes and the ongoing contract management post tender award to a supplier.
The core platforms and apps are O365, Atlassian, Dropbox and Slack.
Atlassian (Cloud versions): both JIRA Core and Software for project management, issue management and tracking with a number of addons to support PM needs, and Confluence for all document preparation and collaboration. integrating JIRA with Confluence
integrating database applications to better manage common data sets that support each event and the related technical workstream
Slack: use for all comms and as it integrates with both JIRA & Confluence and enables to better manage the communication centrally and off email as much as possible.
O365: is used for traditional applications like Word and Excel, which again both integrate with Atlassian for document outputs.
Excel; but prefer a DB to manage large datasets.
