Looking for a Technical Recruiter (Remote, Performance-Based)

I run a growing IT business with a small but strong team of software engineers, and we’re expanding quickly. I’m currently looking for a technical recruiter who can help me find and connect with senior full-stack developers.

The ideal candidates you’ll be sourcing should have solid real-world experience and be comfortable communicating in native-level English, as they’ll be working with U.S. clients.

What I need help with is pretty straightforward:

Sourcing qualified senior developers
Reaching out and screening candidates
Scheduling interviews with me

My schedule is tight, so I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of this process and keep things moving efficiently.

Compensation:
This will be a performance-based role, and I’ll pay per successfully scheduled interview.
