Looking for a Quantity Surveyor to price Construction Jobs

Hi

We are a construction company. We get asked to quote for domestic extensions, conversions, refurbishments and small works.

We also get asked to quote for commercial, restaurant fit out, commercial basement conversions and new builds of flats.

I am looking for a UK only QS, whereby I can email the plans over, and for you to provide me a cost to quantify the works and price it for us. The format I am looking at is in the attached sample.
