We are currently developing a listed building and need advice and consent obtained if necessary, on whether we will need to apply for listed building consent as we would like to move a kitchen and install a new bathroom.

No walls will be taken down and the fabric of the building should stay the same apart from drilling a hole for an extractor fan. We will be installing a stud wall into the bathroom .
