Implementation of Brevo or Zoho

We currently have a Zoho One Licence and Brevo Account. We need help to decide which platform to use.

We are looking for assistance in the following:

We currently have 3 websites.

We want enquiries generated by the forms to be sent to our CRM as leads.

We are currently running Leadinfo on our websites to look up visitors IP addresses and get contact information from them. We want to be able to import that information into our CRM as leads.

We want to create automations and standard communications to streamline our communications.

We have a database of 26,000 school customers. We want to regularly, email these clients with newsletters and product information. We need to see who opened the emails and who clicked onto our site etc. Customers that show an interest, should be added as a lead along with info on what they looked at etc.

We want to make calls from Brevo.

We want to be able to communicate by WhatsApp and SMS.

We would like to add a chat bot to our sites.

We would like to be able to create landing pages.

We would like customer to be able to book meetings.

We need someone to help us put all of this together.

We also want to be able to generate quotes/proposals in the system.
