I need to obtain respondents for a market research survey

I am looking to generate a target audience contact/respondents, which would be used for a Market Research Survey.

I already have the general contact details of these target respondents, i.e, the company details with some contact details, but my survey is meant for personnel from their raw material purchasing department or supply chain department. Hence I am looking for someone that can use the general contact details that I already have to obtain the contact details of the purchasing or supply chain personnel, preferably a personnel that is at a manager level or have a level of control over what suppliers their companies use. I have approximately 200 companies on my list whose contacts as explained above I need obtained.
