Description of support work: Hi I currently use Moonfuit for our website and email needs.
They have a max limit on how much space you can have for email in which we keep reaching and missing out on emails.
They have advised us that to get extra space we would need to move our email over to email service they use and become a customer of them directly or I can make it so that emails are save to my outlook in which wouldn't use any more space.
We we reach the max limit, we need to log onto webmail and delete any large emails, shortly after or service will return and we can receive emails again.
Hopefully this will make sense to someone and hope they will be able to help.
