I need an elevation drawing of a building for planning submission purposes

Security bars are to be installed on the bedroom window of a ground floor flat in the Chelsea area of London at a cost of 1,400 pounds. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) require a planning application to give planning permission. A picture is insufficient, two drawings are required of the elevation of the building as it is now and as it will be when the bars are installed. I have dimensions and an agreed quotation also pictures of the outside of the building where all flats are fitted with security bars except mine and the proposed bars are to made as close as possible to the already existing ones for aesthetic reasons. I need the two drawings done to planning standard. A letter from RBKC is attached, as is the supporting documentation to date for the planning application. I look forward to your quotation.
