HR - I need an HR Professional for Internal Engagement

Hi there,

We are looking to launch an internal Brand Champion program for selected brand champions in our organisation . The Brand Champions are essentially selected individuals who embody the values of the company and we have selected them to lead team culture internally.

I am looking for an HR Professional who can help us develop a FRAMEWORK and action plan for the Brand Champions.

ie. An action plan of what the Brand Champions can do
- Incentives for Brand Champions
-How they can lobby fellow staff to take part in the company culture ie a program / ideas
-Activities they can take to engage staff for feedback eg. Townhalls, suggestions to improve company culture (informative & fun)
