HR - Conduct a Grievance Process

I operate a business, and one member of staff has raised a grievance against another member of staff. We have conducted an internal grievance process, but want an external consultant to come in and conduct the process so that the process can be completely fair and neutral.

We have experienced considerable disruption as a result of the grievance, and you would need to interview not just the two members of staff, but potentially other members of staff as well, and then write a report on whether the grievance could be upheld or not, as well as suggest some outcomes.

We would be looking for you to conduct the process next week (27th October), and all meetings could be conducted online using Teams / Zoom etc. Please could you quote your price per hour. You must be a UK based HR professional and hold the relevant qualifications.
