Help setting up Ruckus access points

Hello
I am hoping somebody can help me set-up my home network remotely. I can do the work whilst being directed remotely.
I have Ethernet cables running to a patch panel. I have patch cables going into a switch.
I would now like help setting up the network using Ruckus R501 access points. I have tried myself but am getting a blinking light on the access points which means that no routable IP address can be detected.
I would also like to check that I have set up and correctly cables the modem and ISP router.
If I’m not explaining myself clearly or if you have any questions, please feel free to ask before quoting.
